Visiting Angels is an in-home care agency that provides caregiving support to the elderly, and developmentally disabled individuals living in our community. We provide care to clients in Whatcom, Skagit, Island and San Juan county. We are hiring a Care Manager Assistant for our DD Care Manager, that oversees our clients with developmental disabilities (DD). This is a part-time position, Monday - Friday, with the potential to grow into a full-time position as our DD client case load increases. Our DD Care Manager Assistant would help support our DD Care Manager with scheduling our caregivers, administrative duties, and field time doing new client intakes, training caregivers with clients, and on-site supervision/performance reviews of caregivers in client homes. 

The Care Manager Assistant would be based out of our Bellingham Office and help with client in-person fieldwork in Whatcom County. They would help support our DD Care Manager with scheduling and administrative duties for our DD clients in Whatcom, Skagit, Island and San Juan county as well. 

The ideal candidate will possess the following skills and qualifications:

• Strong administrative skills and organization

• Customer service skills in person and on the phone

• Computer proficiency required

• Ability to multitask and troubleshoot time sensitive scheduling

• Clean and reliable vehicle, including a valid WA state driver's license, car insurance, and clean driving background.

Pay: $22/hour. Mileage reimbursement for work related transportation.
