HR Coordinator

, ,Visiting Angels is looking to add a full time Human Resource Coordinator to our team. This is a full-time, in office, entry level position. This will position will be based out of our Everett office with frequent travel to our Mount Vernon office. Our hours are Monday-Friday, 7:30-4:00. At Visiting Angels we value our staff and clients and work hard to ensure all parties experience dignity and respect. Duties:
- Verify caregiver credentials
- Assist caregivers in obtaining/retaining credentials
- Onboard newly hired caregivers
- Ensure caregivers are reminded of any upcoming CEUs
- Assist caregivers with any payroll/benefit inquiries
- Work as a part of the caregiver hiring/interview team
- Assist with office duties as needed such as answering phone calls
Qualifications:
- Previous HR experience is preferred but not required
- Ability to operate a multi line phone system
- Ability to thrive in a team atmosphere
- Basic computer knowledge
Pay starts at $23 an hour
